Tallfield’s roots go back to 2012, when Dale Robert Mason opened the Wellington office to leverage his long history of community association management, financial services and client management. Today, the company provides its services to associations with over 5,000 total units through offices in Weston and Wellington.
All Tallfield managers are licensed and seek to be the Board of Director's trusted advisor and key ally in enhancing the community's value, appeal and apprearance, while making sure the day to day operations of the association are being managed efficiently. We focus on accomplishing tasks and getting things done.
We assist the Board of Directors in monitoring the financial health of the association. We utilize the Tops association accounting software platform to maintain the associations financial records. We also employ technology to make funds management easier, including automated lockbox services through BB&T Association Services and web-based invoice management and processing utilizing Avidxchange.
Grounds maintenance, janitorial and repair services are carried out by our staff of maintenance personnel to enable quicker resolution of onsite problems. We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance response to minime damage to common property and to expeditiously restore these areas for use by residents.
